Ground Shipping is free for orders over $50 before tax. 
Out of stock items At Coffee Brown Cosmetics we try our very best to keep products in stock, however, because of the popularity of our products there may be times when an item is out of stock. Out of stock items will take up to 14 days to process, and your favorite Coffee Brown Cosmetics product is on it’s way!
Please note: Due to extreme high volume during our campaigns, shipment of your purchase may between 20-30 days. 

All orders are shipped in the continental US only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) via UPS GROUND. UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

How to get your exchange/refund:
Please email customerservice@coffeebrowncosmetics.com and type “RETURNS” in the subject line. Indicate that you want an exchange and give the new item information or indicate you want a refund. Include your order number in the email. You will be sent a return shipping label and/or prepaid postage envelope. Once your items have been received we will process your refund or send out your exchange. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you email us until the time you receive your refund on your exchange.

We do not ship internationally.
Shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please track your packages as Coffee Brown Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All packages can be left at your front door by the shipping service if no one is home to receive it.
